Shoppar Pro: First Time Installation

  • Step 1

Install Shoppar by clicking on the link we sent you (or type http://shopparapp.co.uk/Shoppar.apk into the address bar)

  • Step 2

Download and run the app

  • Step 3

Now that Shoppar Pro is running, Login to the App using your email and password we provide you to begin capturing user data.

 

Adding a New Campaign

  • Step 1

Log into the Shoppar Content Management Solution (http://cms.shoppar.io/) using your Shoppar Pro Credentials

  • Step 2

On the navigation bar, click the “Campaigns” dropdown menu and click “New Campaign”

  • Step 3

Complete the form to add a new campaign

Name: To identify this specific campaign within the CMS
Language: The language the content should be displayed in
Looped Content: The campaign which plays when no triggering conditions are met*

*triggered content can be added at a later stage

  • Step 4

Click “Publish Campaign” to confirm your changes.

 

Adding Triggered Content

  • Step 1

Log into the Shoppar Content Management Solution (CMS)

  • Step 2

On the navigation bar, click the “Campaigns” dropdown menu and select “All Campaigns”

  • Step 3

Select a campaign you wish to add triggered content to

  • Step 4

Click the “content” tab

  • Step 5

Upload the triggered content

  • Step 6

When prompted, adjust the gender you want to be met for the campaign to be displayed

  • Step 7

Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

 

Changing Content on Device

  • Step 1

Log into the Shoppar Content Management Solution

  • Step 2

On the navigation bar, click the “Device” dropdown menu and click “All Devices”

  • Step 3

Select the existing device you want to change the content on

  • Step 4

At the bottom of the page, You should see which campaign is currently attached to the device. Click Detach to remove the campaign.

  • Step 5

Click “Add Another Campaign” and choose which campaign you want to add. Click “Save” to complete the process.

 

If we send you the device to test before a roll out, please ensure you have the following equipment available:

Power source for 12V plug
HDMI Cable
WiFi Connection (recommended)
